Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirupati Urban. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff training, handle customer service activities, and maintain efficient communication within the team. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and addressing any operational issues promptly. Qualifications Proven skills in Operations Management Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Effective Communication skills Experience in staff Training Ability to work on-site in Tirupati Urban Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
