The Head Bartender will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily bar operations, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Tasks also include managing bar inventory, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, training junior staff, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage and Bartending skills Cash Handling skills Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Certification in bartending or a related field is a plus
