Job Title

Responsibilities: As a Production Shift Officer in the dairy industry, you will be responsible for the following: · Overseeing and coordinating the production activities within the designated shift · Lead and supervise a team of production workers, monitoring processes, and resolving any operational issues that arise during your shift · Collaborate with the production manager and other shift to create production schedules and allocate resources effectively · Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards, inspecting products at various stages of the production process, and addressing any quality issues · Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and sanitation standards, to maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements: · Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the dairy industry is essential, preferably in a production or manufacturing role · Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment, and quality standards · Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in a fast-paced production environment · Sound understanding of safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures · Flexible to work in rotational shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14, ₹27,982.73 per month Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
