About the Role: The Learning Operations Lead will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, execution, and quality assurance of a blended learning program delivered through District Nodal Skill Centers (DNSCs) established in partner colleges. The program includes weekly physical classes and online sessions. The role also includes mobilization support, industry engagement, and placement coordination at the district level Placement & Industry Engagement • Build and maintain relationships with local industries, employers, and recruitment agencies. • Plan employer sessions, and interviews in coordination with the central placement team. • Track placement outcomes and provide post-placement support where needed. Stakeholder Coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact for DNSC operations, working closely with college staff, trainers, students, and the program team. • Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, tech support, and content delivery. • Address learner grievances and escalate unresolved issues as needed. Monitoring & Reporting • Track student attendance, performance, webinar participation, and placement metrics. • Share weekly reports with the central team and suggest improvements based on field insights. • Maintain detailed documentation and case studies for program impact. Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate degree in education, management, social work, or a related field (masters preferred). • 35 years of experience in program delivery, mobilization, skill development, or education sector. • Prior experience in field outreach, placement coordination, or student engagement is preferred. • Proficiency in digital tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
