Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Chandrapur, MaharashtraDepartment: Construction / Civil EngineeringEmployment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site work to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with approved plans. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage resources on site, including manpower, machinery, and materials. Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction. Assist in quality control and ensure the project meets required standards. Report to the Project Engineer / Project Manager on project status. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (or other relevant software).
