Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our fabrication production processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in a similar industry. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets Plan and prioritize production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and waste reduction Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies Lead and train production team members to enhance productivity and efficiency Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering 5-10 years of experience in fabrication production supervision Experience in bridge bearing and expansion joints manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and tools Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Note: No candidate will be entertained who have Bachelors degree as we clearly mentioned that only ITI or Diploma are required for this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8, ₹20,321.16 per month Work Location: In person
