Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Sales Associate, located in Agartala. The Tele-Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through telephone calls, presenting LearnNex's edu-tech solutions, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks will include maintaining client relationships, providing product knowledge, handling customer queries, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets. The role also involves updating sales records and reporting sales activities to management. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Ability to understand and present technical information clearly Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
