FSM (Field Service management ) ServiceNow development experience with strong focus on FSM implementation. Hands-on experience with Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Crew Management, and Field Agent Mobile. Good understanding of ITIL processes, workflows, and scheduling engines. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform configuration. Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. 2. CSM(Customer Service Management) 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in CSM module. Strong expertise in Case Management, Accounts/Contacts, Entitlements, Playbooks, and Channels. Experience customizing CSM portals and building UI components. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform scripting. Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations. Good understanding of ITIL and CSM processes.
