Good Understanding of SOW, Scope, Risk Management Monitoring & Tracking Service SLA and Risk Management Closely worked with Team/Leads and ensure timely delivery Weekly/Monthly Status Reporting to Customer and TCS leadership team Monitoring Compliance of all Security tools Yearly Customer Satisfaction Survery
