Role Description We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing the HR foundation for the company’s new phase of operations — from setting up organizational hierarchies and HR processes to driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of working from the grassroots level to develop and structure a growing organization, collaborating closely with management to foster a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support sustainable business growth in a challenging and evolving environment . Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and organizational development Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience in setting up or scaling HR systems and structures preferred Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Ability to work independently, flexible to handle multiple priorities, and thrive in dynamic conditions Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage
