Position: IT / Network AdministratorLocation: ITM Hospital & Research Centre, GwaliorExperience Required: 2 - 5 Years About the Role ITM Hospital & Research Centre is seeking an experienced IT / Network Administrator to oversee and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensure secure networking, and support healthcare technology systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, switches, and routers. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure network security and compliance. Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems. Provide IT support for hospital applications such as Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR/EHR, LIS, and PACS. Monitor system performance, conduct backups, and implement disaster recovery protocols. Collaborate with biomedical, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth IT-medical integration. Manage user accounts, access rights, and cybersecurity measures to protect patient data. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC. Required Skills & Expertise Hands-on knowledge of Switching, Routing, Firewall configurations (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.). Expertise in CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring. Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and storage solutions. Strong understanding of network security protocols and hospital IT compliance. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent. Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CEH, Fortinet/Sophos Firewall Certification.
