Relationship Manager – Mutual Funds Locations:Agartala | Aizawl | Gulbarga Positions Open:5 Experience:0 – 5 years Role & Responsibilities Drive sales of mutual fund products through SBI branches in the region and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, banks, and institutions to generate business. Prospect and acquire new clients through networks, references, and open markets. Coordinate and organize investor awareness programs. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Identify upselling opportunities and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Develop channels and networks to increase mutual fund sales penetration. Skills & Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Quick thinking and problem-solving ability. Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, taxation laws, and mutual fund products. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. Qualifications & Experience Graduate degree (minimum). NISM V-A certification is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the AMC/financial services industry preferred. MBA in Sales/Marketing and knowledge of equity & debt markets will be an added advantage. Other Details Individual Contributor (IC) field sales role. Interview process: 2–3 rounds. Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods up to 30 days will be preferred.
