Role: Shrink Operator Experience Required:Minimum 2 years Salary:₹20,000–30,000 (Fixed) | ₹15,000–25,000 (Performance-based) Location:Nrich Water, Mulugu Highway, Gudepahad, Warangal, Telangana Role Overview Join our120 BPM fully automatic water plantas aShrink Operator. You will operate and maintain shrink wrapping machines, ensuring secure and high-quality packaging of bottles and cartons while meeting daily production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor shrink wrapping machines . Ensure proper sealing, wrapping, and labeling of packaged products. Conduct routine machine checks and resolve minor issues. Maintain accurate production logs and report operational concerns. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards . Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in shrink wrapping/packaging machinery. Knowledge of packaging processes and quality checks . Ability to work in shifts and achieve production efficiency.
