Job Estimation & Insurance Coordination – Prepare detailed cost estimates, liaise with insurance surveyors, and ensure approvals for accident/claim repairs. Workshop Coordination – Communicate repair requirements to body shop technicians, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Customer Updates & Vehicle Delivery – Provide timely updates on repair status, obtain approvals for additional work, and ensure smooth delivery post-repair. Customer Satisfaction & Service Promotion – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle complaints effectively, and promote paint protection, dent removal, and other value-added body shop services.
