The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and strategies to maximize vehicle sales, develop customer relationships, and expand market presence within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets. Minimum experience at a managerial level in the 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler automotive industry is required. Role & responsibilities : Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure effective performance and goal achievement. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, corporate clients, and customers. Identify new sales opportunities and markets to increase market share. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies. Coordinate with marketing and product teams on promotions, launches, and campaigns. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
