Job Description: As a CAD Engineer (Civil/Arch) / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will play a pivotal role in training working professionals and graduate students in various software and domains related to Civil and Architectural Engineering. You will be responsible for imparting knowledge and hands-on experience in software tools and design practices that are essential for success in the construction and architecture industry. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on industry-standard software applications, including AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3Dsmax, StaadPro, Estimation and Costing, Etabs, Sketchup, MSP, Primavera, and more. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create engaging and industry-relevant training modules. Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and projects to enhance participants' practical skills. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess trainees' progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met. Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Civil and Architectural Engineering to provide real-world insights to trainees. Mentorship: Mentor and guide participants in their career development, helping them become job-ready professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in software tools used in Civil and Architectural Engineering. Strong communication and presentation skills. Previous training or teaching experience is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
