Job Summary:We are seeking a target-oriented Tele Caller Executive for generating new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue by effectively promoting our visa services and guiding clients through the immigration process. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through market research, networking, and outbound calls. Contact and counsel potential clients about visa and migration opportunities (PR, Work, Tourist, Visit, Student). Conduct eligibility assessments and provide expert guidance on suitable visa options. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and market trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or immigration consultancy (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales are Preferred. Knowledge of Australia and Canada PR processes; familiarity with visas for New Zealand, UK, USA, and Europe is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and work under pressure to achieve targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
