Job Summary: We are looking forTravel Consultant - International Destinationswho will manage both sales and operations for holiday bookings. You will interact directly with clients, understand their requirements, suggest suitable International destinations and itineraries, prepare quotations, and close sales. This role is a mix ofsales + operationsand is best suited for candidates with experience inoutbound leisure travel, especially with knowledge of International Destinations. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering: Speak with clients (phone, email, or in person) to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Itinerary Suggestion & Consultation: Recommend destinations, travel routes, and experiences in Europe based on client expectations. Quotation Preparation: Build detailed and competitive quotations using supplier contacts, DMCs, or in-house systems. Sales Closure: Present and sell the itinerary to the client, handle objections, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Customization & Amendments: Adjust itineraries and quotes as per client feedback and requests. Coordination with Suppliers: Liaise with hotels, DMCs, and service providers to ensure availability, accurate pricing, and confirmation. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in outbound travel sales or operations, especially with International Destinations. Excellent spoken and written English communication. Strong sales orientation with a knack for understanding client psychology. Good destination knowledge of popular and offbeat countries. Experience with preparing customized FIT and small group travel proposals. Familiarity with handling supplier communication. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage clients from inquiry to confirmation. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or OTA focused on international holidays. Someone located within 30–45 minutes from the office. Passionate about Travel and well-versed with travel trends, routes, and tips. Friendly, professional, and responsive while dealing with clients. Why Join Us?
