Job Title: Sr. Engineer Automation Job Description: We are looking for a technically strong and self-driven Sr. Engineer Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of industrial automation projects. This includes leading electrical & control teams and developing automation concepts in coordination with cross-functional teams (CFT). Responsibilities: Lead automation projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams PLC programming (Ladder/Structured Text) using at least two of the following:Siemens (TIA Portal), Allen Bradley (Studio 5000), Mitsubishi (GX Works2/3), Omron (Sysmac Studio), Schneider (SoMachine) Electrical product selection based on application Hands-on with communication protocols: Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CIP, Profinet, Profibus HMI and SCADA design and integration I/O list, control loop, and logic diagram preparation Experience with ASRS, warehouse automation, WMS Working knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, Server & SQL integration Familiarity with servo tuning and industrial robots (advantageous) Maintain proper documentation (manuals, diagrams, licenses) Support team performance, goal-setting, and development Technical Skill Highlights: Must-Have: PLC Programming (at least 2 brands) HMI design Electrical product specification & selection Concept development and machine building Nice-to-Have (Optional): Electrical CAD Python / JavaScript / C for control systems Experience with SCADA, industrial robot programming SQL database interfacing Key Skills: PLC Programming, CIP, Profinet, SCADA, Communication Protocols, Industrial Automation, IOT, HMI, Servo Tuning, WMS, ASRS, Electrical Design Education Required: B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) B.E. (Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering)
