Job Title: Deputy Engineer - Maintenance Job Responsibilities: Monitor Daily Production Activities: Ensure that daily production targets are met efficiently. Assist in Equipment Handling: Help set up, operate, and maintain beverage filling, packaging, and processing equipment. Follow SOPs and Quality Control: Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality control parameters. Troubleshoot Production Line Issues: Quickly address and resolve production line issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with Maintenance Team: Work with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance. Ensure Quality Standards: Maintain product quality by following GMP and food safety guidelines. Conduct Quality Checks: Perform in-process quality checks and report any deviations. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant production environment, ensuring hygiene and regulatory standards are met. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with supervisors, operators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Train Operators and Technicians: Assist in training staff on equipment handling and safety practices. Promote Teamwork and Safety: Cultivate a team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and performance. Key Skills: Production Coordination Production Efficiency Production Flow Maintenance & Repair Maintenance Engineering Required Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Preferred Qualifications: Experience in production coordination and maintenance engineering, preferably within the beverage or food industry. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
