Job Description – Audit Executive Company: Akasa Finance LimitedDepartment: Internal AuditDesignation: Audit ExecutiveBase Location: Siliguri About the Role: The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting field audits, verifying loan documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and monitoring disbursements & collections related to E-Rickshaw financing. The role requires strong attention to detail, field visits, and coordination with collection & credit teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field audits for E-Rickshaw loan files and verify customer KYC, loan documents, and physical assets. Ensure disbursements are made to genuine customers/vendors and as per company policy. Perform surprise branch/field audits on loan files, disbursement records, and collection receipts. Identify irregularities, fraud, or policy deviations and report immediately to higher management. Verify collateral documents and ensure proper custody of files. Coordinate with collection and credit teams for risk assessment and monitoring. Prepare and submit audit reports with clear findings and corrective action plans. Ensure strict compliance with RBI/Regulatory norms and company SOPs. Support in implementing internal controls and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any 1–3 years of experience in Audit/Compliance/Field Verification (NBFC/Banking sector preferred). Knowledge of loan documentation, collection process, and audit techniques. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
