We are currently looking for a Liaisoning Officer to support our projects through regulatory coordination, approvals, and government relations. Job Description: We are hiring a Liaisoning Officer to coordinate with government agencies, utility providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals, permissions, and compliance for our electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate should be experienced in dealing with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, and similar authorities, with a solid understanding of relevant statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with government departments, electricity boards, local municipalities, and regulatory agencies for project approvals and permits Obtain clearances related to HT/LT connections, safety inspections, and electrical installations Ensure timely submissions of documentation as per government requirements Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and correspondence with officials Represent the company in inspections, audits, and follow-ups with authorities Coordinate internally with project and design teams to ensure alignment with regulatory needs Build and sustain working relationships with relevant stakeholders in government and utility sectors Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (engineering background preferred) 3–7 years of experience in liaisoning within the electrical or infrastructure sector Good knowledge of government processes and approval systems Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel as per project and regulatory requirements Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling Preferred Qualifications: Experience dealing with DISCOMs and electrical inspectors Familiarity with HT/LT electrical project compliance Knowledge of local language(s) in the region of work What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowance and necessary support for field activities Professional work environment with opportunities for growth Direct involvement in important power infrastructure projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13, ₹59,970.02 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
