Job description Role & responsibilities Work as factory manager- Oversee factory operations from cutting department to dispatch Co-ordinate with all the departments in factory to complete production in a timely manner Overseeing and supervision of sampling department Delegate work to each and every person/ department in the factory Having contacts to fill any role or arrange people across departments with the factory Achieve shipment dispatch targets Daily production reports to be submitted to management using MS Excel Preferred candidate profile Graduate degree in any field Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a factory manager in export house in leather/ fashion accessories production Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency and experience in using MS office tools- Word, Excel and Powerpoint Pro active individual with hunger to learn and discipline to succeed Strong production planning and team management skills with leadership qualities Perks and benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
