Service Operations Management Oversee daily workshop operations including repairs, maintenance, and service delivery. Ensure job cards, estimates, and billing are completed accurately and on time. Monitor workshop load, productivity, and turnaround time. Customer Service Excellence Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns. Implement customer retention initiatives such as service camps, reminders, and loyalty programs. Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores as per OEM standards. Team Leadership & Development Lead, guide, and motivate service advisors, technicians, floor supervisors, and support staff. Conduct regular training sessions on technical skills, customer handling, and safety procedures. Monitor staff performance and take corrective actions where required. Financial & Business Performance Achieve service revenue, profitability, and labor margin targets. Drive upselling of value-added services, extended warranties, accessories, and AMC packages. Prepare monthly performance reports and budgets for the service department. Quality & Compliance Ensure service quality as per OEM guidelines and technical standards. Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and process improvements. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and OEM policies. Coordination & Communication Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely availability of spares. Coordinate with sales, body shop, and customer relations teams for seamless service delivery. Liaise with OEM representatives during audits, trainings, and review meetings.
