We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join as a Mentor, guiding students/trainees in mastering both front-end and back-end development using Java and modern web technologies. The mentor will play a key role in providing technical expertise, project guidance, and career support to help learners become industry-ready full stack professionals. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and train learners in Java Full Stack Development, including Core Java, Advanced Java (J2EE), Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices. Guide students in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React. Provide hands-on training in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Conduct workshops, doubt-solving sessions, and code reviews to strengthen problem-solving skills. Share industry insights, tools, and trends in Java-based web application development. Assist learners in interview preparation, portfolio building, and professional development. Collaborate with academic/placement teams to align training outcomes with industry requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. Strong proficiency in: Back-end: Core Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Angular/React Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Tools: Git/GitHub, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment processes preferred. Prior teaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for guiding and shaping future developers.
