Job Description

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with different departments, and delivering excellent guest experiences. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, reservations, and F&B. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery. Monitor reservations and occupancy to optimize revenue and efficiency. Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Support in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift management. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation. Assist in vendor coordination, inventory control, and procurement as needed. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction. Report operational updates and challenges to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management (IHM preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel/ hospitality operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
