Job Title

1. Project Planning & Execution Prepare detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation for TL projects (220kV, 400kV, 765kV, and EHV lines). Manage right-of-way (RoW) clearance, survey, and site mobilization activities. Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. 2. Technical & Site Management Oversee foundation, erection, and stringing of transmission line towers. Coordinate with design & engineering teams for drawings and technical clarifications. Ensure adherence to IS/IEC standards and client specifications. 3. Compliance & Quality Control Implement quality assurance plans and conduct inspections/testing at each stage. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (CERC, state bodies, environmental norms). Drive EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices at site. 4. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and statutory authorities. Manage contractual obligations, claims, and change orders. Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders. 5. Financial & Resource Management Monitor project costs, cash flow, and billing/certification. Optimize manpower, equipment, and material utilization. Drive cost control initiatives without compromising quality. 6. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and supervise site execution teams. Ensure capability building, conflict resolution, and high performance culture.
