1. Target Achievement and Monitoring:Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets. Ensure highest standard of Professionalism & Integrity. Analyze branch-level reports and provide actionable feedback to branch managers. Work in Collaboration with Collection Team to achieve desired collection efficiency. 2. Team Development:Train and mentor branch managers to improve leadership and operational effectiveness.Identify skill gaps within teams and propose training initiatives. Ensure Sufficient Staffing at all times in all branches. 3. Operational Oversight:Ensure that branches under supervision follow standardized loan processing and customer engagement protocols.Conduct regular branch visit & audits to address compliance and operational gaps. Daily morning hurdles with Branches. 4. Customer Relationship Management:Build relationships with high-value customers and address critical escalations.Guide branches on strategies to improve customer retention and repeat business. 5. Risk Management and Compliance:Monitor branch activities to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal guidelines.Address significant risks and provide escalation support to the cluster manager. Ensure Compliance as per Branch Compliance Check list on your visit to branches. Report any Wrong practices or wrong doings to Supervisor Authorities Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Knowledge:Advanced understanding of secured lending products, branch operations, and compliance standards.Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape. Skills:1. Leadership and Mentorship:Ability to develop and coach branch managers effectively. 2. Analytical and Problem-Solving:Proficient in analyzing performance data and addressing operational challenges. 3.
