Role We are seeking a dynamic and visionaryPrincipalto lead our Janed Ghat branch. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role. Key Responsibilities Lead overall school operations, academic direction, and administration. Mentor and motivate staff, ensuring high teaching standards. Implement CBSE curriculum with innovative teaching practices. Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning culture. Build strong relationships with parents and the community. Manage budgets, resources, and long-term planning. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Education (Ph.D. preferred). Strong leadership and administrative experience in CBSE schools. Proven expertise in curriculum design and academic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in financial and resource management.
