The counsellor will guide students in choosing the right career path and help them enroll in the institute's programs. Responsibilities Counsel students on career paths and suggest the right IT courses Communicate effectively to build trust and motivate students Follow up with inquiries and ensure successful enrollments Maintain records of leads, sessions, and admissions Collaborate with the training and placement teams for student support Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling / academic advising / telecounseling Communicate clearly in English and Telugu (mandatory) to connect with diverse students Ability to persuade and guide students confidently Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve enrollment targets Empathetic and approachable personality Why Us Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities within the institute How to Apply: Send your resume to and
