Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Site In-Charge at Ion Exchange India Ltd., located in Haldia. The Site In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the site, ensuring project timelines are met, and coordinating with various teams to manage resources efficiently. The role also involves monitoring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the quality of all processes meets company standards. The Site In-Charge will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues, preparing reports, and working closely with senior management to achieve operational objectives. Qualifications Technical proficiency in Water Treatment Proficiency in Monitoring and Maintaining Equipment Excellent Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills Experience in generating reports and documentation Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Ability to work on-site in Haldia and manage a team effectively
