Job Title: Planning Engineer Factory Project Location: Aurangabad/Sambaji Nagar Experience: 3+ years About the Project: We are executing a large-scale Industrial Factory Project valued at approximately 100 Crores. The project involves industrial civil works, structural construction, and coordination with MEP and architectural teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project. Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and design teams to track project progress. Prepare and analyze project status reports including S-curves, progress charts, and delay analysis. Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting for materials and manpower. Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to ensure timely delivery. Support project management team with progress presentations, client reports, and internal reviews. Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety norms, and quality standards. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of construction planning and scheduling principles. Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project / Excel-based planning tools. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Knowledge of industrial or factory construction preferred. Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic conditions. Eligibility: B.E. (Civil) mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling of civil projects.
