Role & Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead planning, implementation, budgeting, and evaluation of the project. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government bodies, health facilities, community leaders, and local partners. Community Mobilization: Conduct outreach, promote community participation, and ensure alignment with local needs. Capacity Building: Identify training needs and organize workshops for staff and community workers. Monitoring & Evaluation: Set up M&E systems, ensure regular data collection and analysis.
