Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Ramnagar. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently. Tasks include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, overseeing guest services, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining the property and facilities. The Operations Manager will also handle budgeting and financial planning, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Qualifications Operational Management and Staff Management skills Experience in coordinating with various departments and ensuring smooth operations Guest Services and Customer Complaint Resolution skills Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Resource Management skills Knowledge of Safety and Health Regulations Strong Leadership and Decision-Making abilities Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable Ability to work on-site and manage a diverse team effectively
