The candidate should ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Manage staff recruitment, joining, and exit formalities Maintain attendance, salary, and leave records Handle employee grievances and ensure HR policy compliance Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training Maintain statutory records (ESI, PF, etc.) Eligibility: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR (hospital experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Salary: As per qualification and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
