Position Summary: Water For People India Trust plans to hire a Project Officer – Odisha who will be responsible to implement "WASH in Public Institutions in Khordha, Odisha Project", under direct supervision of Program Support Manager. Job Summary: § Managing the Implementation, Field Monitoring & Reporting § Providing Technical and Administrative support to the field § Identifying research scope from field level interventions § Conducting Quantitative research for program upscaling § Providing data centric Program design inputs § Help revise the project log-frame matrix. § Develop the overall framework for project M&E. For example, annual project reviews. § Participatory impact assessments, process monitoring, operation monitoring and lesson-learned workshops. § Guide the process for identifying and designing the key indicators for each component, recording and reporting physical progress against the planned activities and also steer the process for designing the format of such progress reports. § Liaise between Water for People – India State Team and the implementing team at Kolkata for effective and smooth program implementation. § Assist the project supervisor, Community mobilizers to develop their skills and abilities towards thought process in line with Water For People – India Country goals and strategies. § Coordinate with internal and external resources for implementing planned capacity building programs in schools and communities. Establishing linkages to the relevant department for tapping any existing financial resources and other necessary support as required for smooth implementation of the program. Qualification & Experience: • A master's degree from a recognized University in social sciences, Rural Development Or related field. Minimum experience required - 2 years
