Experience: Minimum 18 to 20 years of relevant experience of Channel Sales in TMT / Cement industry. Should have exposure and experience of working in assigned region (Gorakhpur cluster including Gorakhpur, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Basti, Siddharthnagar, Santkabirnagar, etc.) with a strong dealer/distributor network base. Qualification: Graduation; MBA (Marketing) preferably Role & responsibilities • Establish and appoint strong and reliable dealer/distributor network base to ensure effective market penetration and distribution • Maintain and expand dealer base by coaching SO/ASM and Sales Team • Maintaining relationships and ensure long-term engagement with the Influencers (Engineers, Contractors, Masons) through organizing MEETS/EVENTS • Conceptualize & implement strategies as a part of business goal and market penetration of TMT Bars (Primary & Secondary) • Ensure optimum utilization of CRM IT platform to effectively manage and enhance customer engagement and Interactions • Monitor performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume; Ensure high performance through proper guidance, motivation and training • Coordination with Logistics & Accounts department for smooth material movement and payments • Resolve problems, completes audits, identify trends, determine sales system improvements and implement the necessary changes • Meet regional sales objectives by targeting and forecasting Sales, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action
