Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor located in Mandi. The Career Counsellor will conduct career assessments, provide individual and group career counseling, and assist students in creating personalized career development plans. Additionally, the Career Counsellor will organize career workshops, seminars, and job fairs. The role also involves fostering relationships with industry leaders and hiring partners. Qualifications Strong background in career counseling and guidance Experience in conducting career assessments and individual counseling sessions Skills in organizing career-related events such as workshops, seminars, and job fairs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and hiring partners Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resource Management, or related field is advantageous Previous experience in the EdTech sector is a plus Proficiency in using career assessment tools and software
