Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durgapur for a Telecaller – Outreach & Admissions. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, informing them about the various diploma and degree courses offered by SDM, and guiding them through the admission process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, answering queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospective students. The Telecaller will also participate in promotional events and provide support for admission-related activities. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer service or telecalling Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential students Knowledge of the education industry and admission processes Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred with at least 1 year of experience in the same field
