Job description Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the senior management team in driving growth. The candidate should be comfortable working remotely and must be available for 2–3 hours at night to attend virtual meetings with seniors/clients. Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Maintain regular communication with clients and senior management. Support in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Attend online meetings with seniors/clients during late-night hours (2–3 hours as required). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Comfortable with flexible timings (availability at night for meetings is a must). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams).
