Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer based in Raipur. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality. Key tasks include coordinating with different departments, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing improvements to machinery and processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic planning and project management. Qualifications Proven experience in production management, process improvement, and machinery maintenance Strong technical skills in engineering principles, problem-solving, and troubleshooting Experience in team coordination and project management Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus Experience in the cement or manufacturing industry is preferred Ability to work on-site in Raipur
