Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dibrugarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing DSA relationships for sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving growth in the region. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, reporting, and collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives. Qualifications Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on business development and client relationship management Leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and generate insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in NBFCs, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
