Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Mechanical at Dilip Buildcon Ltd. located in Chandauli. The Deputy Manager Mechanical will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of projects, managing teams, and ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are installed and maintained according to standards. Daily tasks include project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively Project Management skills with a focus on planning, executing, and completing projects successfully Knowledge of Plumbing systems Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills
