The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including leading and managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. Responsibilities include developing and implementing branch strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong sales and customer relationship management skills Proficiency in financial products and services, including vehicle and tractor financing, fixed deposits, and SME loans Experience in budget management and strategic planning Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the rural and semi-urban financial sector is a plus
