Job Title: Sales Manager – Toy Industry Location: Delhi (also covering Bihar; frequent travel required) Experience: Minimum 5 years in Toy Industry – field sales, distribution, and team management essential Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to achieve targeted B2B sales in Delhi and newly added Bihar territory. Develop, train, and motivate sales staff for consistent productivity and professional growth. Monitor sales team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement through effective leadership. Plan and execute strategies for B2B sales growth, focusing on dealer/retailer and distribution channel expansion. Travel extensively across Bihar to identify, approach, and open new distribution partners/districts. Conduct market visits for dealer/distributor support, resolve client concerns, and build market intelligence. Implement company's promotional plans and ensure retail visibility in both key markets. Prepare and present sales reports, territory performance metrics, and competitor analysis to management. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate, preferably with a postgraduate diploma in Sales/Marketing. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the toy industry in sales lead/managerial roles. Strong networking, communication, mentoring, and team management skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Bihar and Delhi. Hands-on experience in developing new markets/distribution/retail channels.
