The Rigging Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the rigging team, ensuring the safety and efficiency of lifting operations. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining lifting equipment, executing rigging plans, supervising riggers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves working at height and requires adherence to all safety protocols. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams Expertise in Lifting Operations and Rigging Knowledge of Lifting Equipment and its maintenance Proficiency in Working at Height and safety procedures associated with it Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills Relevant certifications or qualifications in Rigging and Lifting Operations are a plus Experience in similar roles within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
