Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional greeting to ensure a positive branch experience. Manage incoming phone calls, answer general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Assist clients with basic banking inquiries, such as branch services, account information, and appointment scheduling. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a neat and organized appearance, and provide informational brochures and forms to clients as needed. Handle administrative tasks, including managing visitor logs, maintaining records, and assisting with data entry. Coordinate with branch staff to support daily operations and address client needs efficiently. Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors and maintain confidentiality of client information. Qualifications and Skills: Undergrad and gradution ; additional certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or front-office roles, preferably in banking or financial services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
