JOB DESCRIPTION: Location: Madhya Pradesh Water Project Multiple Sites under JJM Designation: Senior Manager/AGM _ Water Project Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals, timelines, and budgets Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and other project staff Conduct site inspections, monitoring progress , billing and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in water civil engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects Strong technical expertise in OHT, WTP, pipeline, JJM, house connections, pump house etc. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field About The Company: WPIL Limited dedicates itself to the cause of total customer satisfaction.
