Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Incharge located in Madurai. The Quality Assurance Incharge will oversee and manage the quality control process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, implementing quality management systems, and leading a team of quality assurance personnel to achieve the highest level of product quality. Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality control processes and quality management systems Experience in conducting inspections and monitoring production processes Leadership skills to manage and lead a team of quality assurance personnel Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Relevant experience in the textile manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
