QualificationsGraduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, and three (3) years of progressively responsible related engineering experience; and experience in at least two (2) of the five (5) engineering areas as stated in the Engineering Services Progression Criterion Document.
